We’re excited to see you at our To the Strongest concert this Sunday! We know it’s a busy time of year, and we’re just so honored that you’ve chosen to spend some time with Panoramic Voices. Here are some helpful details for this weekend’s show:

GETTING TO THE SHOW

LOCATION:
VUKA North Loop
5540 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78751

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION: There is a parking lot at this venue, but it will not fit 100% of our guests. We ask that you please leave the closest spots for our guests with mobility challenges. There are a number of large parking lots in close proximity, including directly across the street at Half Price Books & Goodwill. We always encourage ride share/taxi options, too!

ENTRY TIMES & CHECK IN

ENTERING & CHECK-IN: You will be able to check in with the name under which your tickets were ordered. You do not need to print a ticket. Please look at the times below, as our entry is timed based on your ticket type.

This is a new venue for us! WHILE We think you’ll love the sound, atmosphere, and easier-than-average parking, we’re working with a condensed setup time. As such… THIS SHOW WILL START CLOSER TO 3:15PM.

ENTRY TIMES:

  • 2:30PM – VIP entry: Your VIP ticket allows you a 15-minute head start to claim seats. Once general admission starts, all seats are open to all guests.

  • 2:45PM – GA and Student entry: A friendly reminder that your GA ticket does not guarantee seating at this venue. Our VIP guests will be given priority entrance to find seats. However, once GA entry starts, remaining seating is first-come, first-served. Please arrive early if you are hoping to get a seat. (We also ask that you consider giving your seat to someone who might need it more if the situation arises.)

  • 3:15-5:00 PM - Concert

VISIT THE VENDORS: We will have a few extra things going on at our Sunday show!

  • FREE WINE!!! Thanks to a generous donation from one of our singers, we will have FREE RED WINE available for all guests throughout the show. Yes, only red. Why? That’s what we have. :)

  • CONCERT T-SHIRTS will also be available for purchase in the lobby. Your t-shirt purchase helps support Panoramic Voices as it launches into its next season with more singers, and more gigs than ever before!

THE SHOW ITSELF!

CONCERT RUN TIME: This program contains just 60 minutes of music, performed with a 20 minute intermission. You can expect a total concert experience of about 2 hours from walking in to walking out the doors.

CONCERT PROGRAM & WIFI: Our concert program is offered digitally ONLY. We will have QR codes available for you to pull it up on site, and VUKA has public wifi available for your use: VUKA GUEST, password: refreshed
