WHISTLEBLOwer PROTECTION policy

Approved by the Board of Directors on June 17, 2025

Panoramic Voices requires directors, staff, singers, and volunteers (collectively referred to as “singers”) to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their activities.

Reporting Responsibility

This Whistleblower Policy is intended to encourage and enable singers of the Panoramic Voices Community to raise serious concerns internally so that Panoramic Voices can address and correct inappropriate conduct and actions. It is the responsibility of the singers of the Panoramic Voices Community to report concerns about violations of suspected ethical violations or violations of law or regulations that govern Panoramic Voices operations.

It is contrary to the values of Panoramic Voices for anyone to retaliate against any singers of the Panoramic Voices Community who in good faith reports a suspected ethical violation or violation of law, such as a complaint of suspected fraud, or suspected violation of any regulation governing the operations of Panoramic Voices. Anyone who retaliates against someone who has reported a violation in good faith is subject to termination from the Panoramic Voices Community or other penalties, at the sole discretion of the Panoramic Voices Board of Directors.

No Retaliation

Reporting Procedure

Panoramic Voices has an open-door policy and requires that all directors and staff of the Panoramic Voices Community report concerns about suspected ethical or legal violations in writing to any member of the Board of Directors.  Panoramic Voices also strongly encourages all singers and volunteers of the Panoramic Voices Community to similarly report any such violations.

Any violations involving financial improprieties (including violations of corporate accounting practices or internal controls) will be referred to the Panoramic Voices Audit Committee for investigation and resolution.  All other violations will be referred to the Panoramic Voices Executive Committee for investigation and resolution.

Acting in Good Faith

Any singers of the Panoramic Voices Community filing a written complaint concerning a violation or suspected violation must be acting in good faith and have reasonable grounds for believing the information disclosed indicates a violation. Any allegations that prove not to be substantiated and which prove to have been made maliciously or knowingly to be false will be viewed as a serious offense and may result in the termination from the Panoramic Voices Community.

Confidentiality

Violations or suspected violations may be submitted on a confidential basis by the complainant. Reports of violations or suspected violations will be kept confidential to the extent possible, subject to the need to conduct an adequate investigation.

Handling of Reported Violations

A member of the Panoramic Voices Board of Directors will acknowledge, to the complainant, receipt of the reported violation or suspected violation. All reports will be promptly investigated and appropriate corrective action will be taken if warranted by the investigation. The results of the investigation may or may not be disclosed to the complainant, at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.

AMENDMENT

This policy may be amended from time to time. All amendments shall be effective upon approval by the Panoramic Voices Board of Directors.
